We invite you to come and experience the same great food that
has made Carmelina’s popular since opening in 1985. Our
menu
features authentic Italian cuisine, creatively prepared by
Chef Martin Amaya and his kitchen staff. Signature dishes
include some of the original menu items such as Crazy Alfredo,
Ossobuco and Chicken Cardinale. We offer 11 different Piattini
or “small plates” and many of our main pasta/risotto/seafood
dishes can be ordered in two sizes – a smaller, piattini-size
and a regular portion. Our fish choices, generally wild
salmon, Chilean sea bass and fresh tuna, can be ordered five
different ways. Filet Mignon Black Garlic Style is a top
seller and keeps company with rib eyes, rack of lamb, veal,
pork tenderloin and chicken on the menu. Our scrumptious
desserts are made daily. We also offer four different creative
salads as well as a number of vegetarian options.
Our bar has become a popular gathering
place for locals and friends! We offer 22 wines by the glass
and our extensive wine list includes 67 different whites,
reds, sparkling and champagnes by the bottle.
Signature martinis and
margaritas are a specialty and we offer a great selection of
domestic, imported and local beers.
Live music
in our main dining room four nights a week provides a great
backdrop. Renowned jazz pianist
Emery Smith plays
the baby grand every Friday, Saturday and Sunday evening. On
Thursday nights, local musician and WFCR regular
Peter
Blanchette plays his wonderful archguitar from
6 to 9:30pm.
