Garden Inspired Menus -- It’s
prime time for local produce and throughout summer Chef
Martin is working wonderful vegetables, berries, greens
and herbs into his specials menus on a daily basis. Our
bartenders marinate local berries in the refreshing
Sangria, use local strawberries in the Strawberry Martini
and garnish drinks with local berries and produce. The
local harvest is bursting with vitality and tastes “alive”
compared to the produce that is shipped thousands of miles
to local supermarkets.
CLASSIC
WEDNESDAYS -- When
was the last time you listened to the sounds of Benny
Goodman, sipped an Old Fashioned and enjoyed a plate of
Chicken Cacciatore? Join us each Wednesday for a step back
in time to enjoy Vintage
Cocktails, the sounds of
Big Band and Classic Swing, and enjoy some
classic Italian recipes like
Pollo alla Cacciatore and Braciole. From 5 to 10pm on
August 6, 13, 20, and 27.

RESTAURANT NIGHT -- Thursday, August 21st:
Join us for an evening of specials featuring produce,
herbs and fruit fresh-picked from local farms. We'll
feature the local bounty in our cocktails, appetizers,
pasta & risotto dishes, entrees and desserts. Come
celebrate what our local farmers have to offer -- fresh,
organic and delicious!

Chef Martin and Debbie will be
featured on Massachusetts Day at the Big E, as they
do cooking demos with local produce in the Harvest New
England Kitchen Theater. Show times are 4pm and 7pm.
