Gift CertificateCARMELINA’S  gift certificates are a great gift for any relative, friend or business associate.

Our gift certificates can be purchased in $5 increments (starting at $25) by using one of the following three methods:

  1. Stop by the restaurant any day between 4pm and 10pm to purchase your gift certificate(s).
    You can walk away instantly with your certificate(s) and it only takes about 3 minutes!
  2. Call Carmelina’s @ 413.584.8000 any day between 4pm and 10 pm and provide the necessary information to our host. Your certificate will be mailed (at no charge) the following morning!
  3. Complete the form below. Your information will be submitted to us right away via email and we will call you within a few hours for your credit card information. Your gift certificate will be processed and mailed to you the following day!

Our gift certificates are always processed and mailed within 24 hours and can be mailed either to the purchaser or the recipient. If mailed directly to the recipient, a receipt is also mailed to the purchaser for your records!

Massachusetts law allows gift certificates to be redeemed for up to seven years from date of purchase.
